Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. Razz

Because it has lots of layers! Razz

And the consorting with wizards was exactly my thought when making it!

Next one is an alternate version of the Age’s End Arwen, (because I liked the subtitle).

2 • Arwen, Royal Maiden Elven
Companion • Elf
Str: 6
Vit: 3
Res: 6
While you can spot Galadriel, Arwen’s twilight cost is -1.
While you can spot Elrond, Arwen is resistance +2.
While you can spot Aragorn, each minion skirmishing Arwen is strength -2.
... and Elrond surrendered his sceptre, and laid the hand of his daughter in the hand of the King...

And there will be a 3 cost Galadriel companion coming up at some point.

Neato. The Galadriel connection is a LITTLE odd, but it makes sense well enough.

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!

Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North!

The sceptre in that scene is the Sceptre of Annuminas, which was the capital of the Northern Kingdom Arnor, but it could certainly make a cool card. I shall think on it, and I’ve got the Elessar (Elfstone) coming up at some point, so you never know, you might see a sceptre as well!

Next burrito is Eowyn, and there are quite a few characters that I’ve made in personae that they end the book in, so Eowyn in this card is supposed to be the Stewardess of Gondor. And I apologise for the lack of lore text, but I again find myself without a handy copy of the Lord of the Rings.

2 • Eowyn, Lady of Gondor Rohan
Companion • Man
Str: 6
Vit: 3
Res: 6
While you can spot Faramir, Eowyn’s twilight cost is -1.
While you can spot Eomer, Eowyn is defender +1.
While you can spot 5 Men assigned to a skirmish, Eowyn is strength +2.
’Thus,’ said Eomer, ’is the friendship of the Mark and of Gondor bound with a new bond, and the more I do rejoice.’

Next will be some Shadow burritos. Twisted Evil

All 3 abilities are rather too good to combine on 1 card. All the others have had minor alterations like resistance. Defender bonus starting reduction and strength is awesome.

Galadriel is Arwen’s grandmother, actually.

Lem0n, would it be better if I took down the resistance and/or removed valiant?

Maybe removing valiant may help Thran. She just seems a darn site better than your other "3 ability" companions. Shes good though obviously. Thumbs Up
