Archer. Hunter 1.
When you play Legolas, you may draw a card.

2 • Gimli, Axe Wielder Dwarven
Companion • Dwarf
Strength: 6
Vitality: 3
Resistance: 6
Hunter 3.
At the start of your fellowship phase, you may exert Gimli to discard to the top 2 cards of your opponent’s draw deck (limit 1).

4 • Gandalf, Wizard of the White Council Gandalf
Companion • Wizard
Strength: 7
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 7
When you play Gandalf, you may heal a minion to remove a burden (limit 2).

2 • Shadowfax, Noble Steed Gandalf
Possession • Mount
Strength +2. Bearer must be Gandalf.
Skirmish: Add a burden to make Gandalf damage +1 (limit 1).

I’m loving that Gandalf. The only thing I think is that Gimli probably would sound better "At the start of your fellowship phase," other than that. These are all solid/good cards. Good work AP.

Aah! Enter the reign of Athelas x4 + Kingsfoil x4, comboed with Denethor, Last Ruling Steward. Denethor exhausts the minions, while Aragorn finishes them off with ease... ouch!

So, in comparison with the Hunters Gimli, he trades damage +1 for a discarding ability. Hmm... I’d give him back his damage bonus, and drop the Hunter bonus to 1 or 2.

This isn’t going to be very helpful, since minions aren’t in play during the fellowship phase (unless they use A Dark Shape Sprang!). I suppose it could be mildly useful with Sent Back, but still...

Drop the limit, and reduce the strength bonus to +1.

i especially like the gimli, but i must agree with AC, he needs his damage bonus, that is what makes dwarves so good! Very Happy

Nice! I think I might like this better than Thorongil, if that’s possible. Kingsfoil discarded to add archery...sweet!

Eek! That’s fairly powerful, especially combined with Dwarven Axe.

Umm...that ability’s a bit messed up. First of all, "when you play" only takes place once, so no limit needed. Second: what minions will be in play in the Fellowship phase?

Er...to ______ a hunter companion? I assume it’s to heal. Drop his hunter down to 2, otherwise he’s just Gimli, Eager Hunter with an added ability.
