| Telmonar walked quietly into the courtyard and sat beside Dunaglar. Elrond gazed at the assembled guests. Five Elves, four Dwarves, and two Men had gathered. Gagnut entered the courtyard silently and took his seat, followed by Tandros. Elrond stood and spoke to the group. "The Council will begin," he said. |

| Silvar sat behind a bush, watching the proceedings. Finally, Tandros and Gagnut entered, and Elrond stood up to begin the council. Silvar took a deep breath and listened hard to hear what was going on... |

| Elrond spoke firmly. "You know why we are here," he said. "The Ring has been found, and Sauron’s forces are mving against the Free Peoples of Middle-earth." Muttered agreements were heard among the listeners. "Tandros has seen that Saruman is breeding a great army within Isengard." Cries of dismay sounded throughout those gathered. Tandros stood. "It is true," he said. "I will now tell you my tale." |

| Dunaglar sat quietly as he listened to the wizards tale. He debated many things in his mind of what was to happen and what would happen. He sat as the others listened just as carefully. |

| Dunaglar stood as well. "A dark power is rising in Mirkwood as well. I was also attacked by a small group of Wargs when I was passing through the Gap of Rohan." He looked to the others searching for more information that any of them might have. |
