Okay...two contestants...
I think we’ll drop this idea. Sorry that it bombed so bad.
New Challenge!
CG has given me permission to use his concept of a harasser. See this thread for more info.

A Harasser is a shadow card that works like a follower, except it attaches to a free peoples companion. Instead of aid, there is a hinder cost.
So
 •Random Harasser 
Strength: -2
Resistance: -1
Hinder-
When such and such occurs, do such and such.
Your mission is to design one harasser of ANY shadow culture.
First entry gets a gp. |

Clarification. The entry fee is 1gp IF you have not competed in a previous round. For all who have competed in a previous round, its free.
In other words, there is a one gp fee to participate in as many rounds as you like.
And your job is to design one single Harasser. |

As there has been a question about the card, let me explain. The hinder cost is paid by the shadow player as it is a shadow card. So, if the hinder is  , the shadow player removes three twilight. If the hinder is remove a burden or add a burden, then a burden is added or removed by the shadow player from the free peoples player’s ring-bearer.
