Not quite sure why you’d want to do this...am I missing something obvious? Is it just a way to prevent, say, an exhausted Aragorn from being assigned and leaving weaker companions to fend for themselves?
Yep, it’s a way to make one of their big guys unable to fight. But I think I’ll drop the cost to 0, because it does seem a bit weak.

Well, considering that it costs 2 exertions (on a twilight Nazgul, and twilight Nazgul aren’t used much) and it needs an exhausted companion I figured it was balanced.
Anyways, I was on a trip today and had nothing better to do, so I made a bunch of DCs. Feel free to just review one or two if you want, but I’ll try to award a GP to everyone who reviews them all.
•The One Ring, Bright and Beautiful
Vitality +1
Skirmish: Add a burden to wear The One Ring until the regroup phase.
Regroup: Add 2 burdens or 3 threats to discard a minion.
While wearing The One Ring, each time the Ring-bearer is about to take a wound, add a burden instead.
Wild Man Brand
Possession • Hand Weapon
Strength +2
Bearer must be a Man.
Regroup: Discard this possession and remove to take control of a site. If that site is a dwelling, exert a companion.
Khazad Strike
Event • Skirmish
Exert a Dwarf to make him strength +2. If that Dwarf wins this skirmish, discard the top card of an opponent’s draw deck.
•Throne of Lothlorien
Artifact • Support Area
To play, spot an Elf.
Each time the fellowship moves to a sanctuary, you may remove a burden.
Regroup: Exert an Elf twice to draw 2 cards or wound a minion.

Hornburg Parapet [Site]
Battleground. While you control this site, the fellowship archery total is -3.
(note: Hornburg Parapet was a site in TTT block, but lots of sites from Shadows and up have titles from the early sets, with the same or even different game text. I tried to use a similar ability with this new version of an old site.)

Shouldn’t the skirmish ability be listed first? Otherwise very neat. It’d love this with Frodo, Resolute Hobbit. Who needs PATHS?

Probably should be worded more like A Dark Shape Sprang, so:
If the Ring-bearer puts on The One Ring, cancel all skirmishes and suspend the current phase to begin a skirmish phase involving Gollum and the Ring-bearer. When it ends, resume the suspended phase.

Thanks so much for the big review! I took all of the advice, ’cuz it all seemed good. Sorry for the sloppy mistakes - I arrived home while I was still making DCs and didn’t have time to double-check them for errors, and then when I posted ’em I still didn’t check for errors. And as for the repeated cards (Pitiless Foes and Find the Halflings!), I was copying and pasting the cards to try and make them sorted alphabetically by culture, and I messed up a bit.
The cards look much better now (IMHO ), thanks to your trusty reviewin’.

Seriously, why archery? I can’t really think of any reason for this version of the Ring to do anything with archery.

hum, make it add 1 to discard the top card IMO
I’ll wait to get a second opinion, because it already costs and an exertion which is a pretty hefty cost for only a +2 boost and one card discarded (and that’s only if you win the skirmish!).
