They’re both good, but I think they’re too similar. Maybe one of them could draw, fetch, recur or reveal cards, representing the ravens gathering news for the dwarves.
Also, my version of Roac is pretty similar, but never mind, I think we’ll get over it.

It’s taken a while, but I’m starting to come around to followers. I liked the potential they had at first, then disliked most of the ones Decipher actually made, then started to like some of them, then found myself defending them when follower hate started cropping up as solidly as I had defended allies when they were phased out. So I guess I’m pro-follower now.
Oh, which brings me back to the Duos. Here’s my first couple DC followers. Well, actually, it’s just ONE follower, but two different versions of him. You’ll see what I mean...just read. And enjoy!

Yeah, too similar to the first. Fetching or revealing would be cool. |

I actually like them similar. The strength and resistance bonuses are switched, and one works on and companions. Maybe raise both costs to , though. |

Well, I’d prefer to leave Roäc as he is; I know they’re similar, and I did that on purpose. I’ll raise the cost of each to , though. Thanks for the reviews!

Cool, but +2 str is bit powerful as well as the resitance and great game text.

Now that stuff has excellent similarities, it feels like a cycle. I feel better about Roac now.
They’re all cool (interesting aid costs) but, unless you’re planning on changing the rules, as far as I know, currently discard piles have no order, so one of the abilities of each Great Raven and Old Thrush doesn’t make any sense.

A good splash; too good, since there is no exertion for a non-Dwarf. I would make the aid be and discard a card from hand.

Well, rather than post synonyms of the phrase "very good" after a bunch of quotes, I’ll say it for all of them at once.
And I like how each are paired. once I can. |
