Mmmmmm.... Not sure whether she’s that much more powerful. Both Bilbo’s and Arwen’s third abilities were also very powerful, and Eowyn’s is quite limited as you first have to have enough Men and then have to do her skirmish early on.
I’ve reduced her resistance and removed valiant in any case, and thanks for the in-depth response!
Any other opinions?

While you can spot Faramir, Eowyn’s twilight cost is -1.
While you can spot Eomer, Eowyn is defender +1.
While you can spot 5 Men assigned to a skirmish, Eowyn is strength +2.

I like the ability if you are skirmishing dunland/man/raider. cool! |

Now into the Shadow side. Obviously, as it marks the end of the rings, I thought that there should be 1 copy of each Nazgul, and their strategy should in some way mirror that of the fellowship’s. You’ll have to wait to see the connection, but as the Lord of the Nazgul is one of my burritos I figured I’d spoil it now.

Fierce.
While you can spot 3 Nazgul, the Witch-King gains muster.
While you can spot 4 Nazgul, the Witch-King is damage +1.
While you can spot 5 Nazgul, the Witch-King is enduring.
The Lord of Morgul therefore led his companions over Anduin, unclad and unmounted, and invisible to eyes, and yet a terror to all living things...
And it will not be as hard as you might think to have enough Nazgul in play (apart from Dark Approach, obviously).

Erm why isnt an 8 costing 14 strength wikkie fierce anyway? Having to spot 3 other nazgul just to make him fierce AND keep them alive to the fierce skirmish aint good. |

I see your point, lem0n. It’s changed. What do you think now? Too good?

Much better now that you’ve tweaked it after lem0n’s review. Good stuff. |

The toil thing is cool, but I have another Nazgul who does something like that.
Thanks for all your reviews.
