I’ll go back and possibly make a tracker or two from a couple posts back fierce. We shall see.

For now, here’s some ways the Uruks discourage double-moving. Twisted Evil Enjoy!

2You Will Taste Man Flesh Isengard
Condition • Support Area
To play, spot 3 Uruk-hai (or 2 Isengard trackers).
Each time the Free Peoples player increases the move limit, you may exert an Isengard Uruk-hai to wound a Man companion.
Each time the Free Peoples player moves during the regroup phase, you may exert an Isengard tracker to make the Free Peoples player wound a Ring-bound companion.
“‘Do not stop until they are found. You do not know pain. You do not know fear....’”

2 Peril Lies Ahead of Us Isengard
Condition • Support Area
Each time the fellowship moves, spot 2 Isengard trackers whose combined twilight cost is X to play an Isengard tracker with a twilight cost of X or less from your draw deck.
Each time the Free Peoples player reconciles, discard this condition.
“‘If you go forward, peril will grow with every mile, even if you find a path.’”

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!

Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North!

Not very often you increase the move limit, and not sure how that would work with radagast? Permament wounding? Change from man as well even though its appropriate for the title its limited use. Generally ok though.

Response: If the fellowship moves, spot 2 Isengard trackers whose combined twilight cost is X to play an Isengard tracker with a twilight cost of X or less from your draw deck.
Each time the Free Peoples player reconciles, discard this condition.
“‘If you go forward, peril will grow with every mile, even if you find a path.’”

Shouldnt be a response or you could do this too many times. Should be, Each time the fellowship moves. Sure you want it from draw deck not discard pile? Needs to be unique as well. See ttt trackers card for moving again playing an uruk.

Interesting. Totally stops double-moves if their ringbearer is exhausted.

The response ability ought to be Each Time, unless you want to be able to use it bunches (which might not be overpowered, with limited twilight and the fact that it goes if the freeps don’t double). And the last ability needs to come before the Response thing if you keep it as response, because I think bolded actions always come after other text.

Kind of short on ideas today (been a long week), so just one new card for now. Hopefully you’ll like it, though, as I think it adds some very important "rainbow minion" potential. Twisted Evil Enjoy!

3Lands Under Shadow Isengard
Condition • Support Area
To play, exert an Isengard minion and either a Sauron or Wraith minion.
At the start of each turn, name a Free Peoples culture. Each unbound companion of the named culture is strength -1 and resistance -1 until the regroup phase.
“‘The shadow of Mordor lies on distant lands. Saruman has fallen under it. Rohan is beset....’”

Way to nasty cut the strength modifier.

Yeah, I’m more of SoP’s line of thinking. Razz Can I get another opinion or two on this?
