Perhaps remove a single threat for non-Gondor companions and 3 for Gondor ones.

Nothing but sweet. Although...can you imagine, an 8 Vitality Aragorn? (4 Vitality, +1 with Anduril, Blade that Was Broken, +1 with Saga of Elendil, +1 with Ranger’s Cloak-before this is played-and +1 with this! Ouch!)

put the definition of captain behind it.(in italics) also ID think there are any cards that make someone gain ranger, but make it he loses...and cannot gain...

You pay X twilight to remove X threats and make X companions strength +2. You choose X. The more you pay, the bigger benefit you get.
