Not very often the Hobbits get some real muscle, eh? I figured they could use a non-unique alternative to Westfarthing Businessman.
Also, I forgot that Tolman Cotton, Farmer of Bywater existed until I was working on this card. I’m going to make one more change to Rosie, tying Tolman in. If you have a chance, let me know if she still looks good.
Nice. Maybe just make it a Shiriff. Non-unique cards usually don’t have sub-titles. |

Yeah, I thought about that. Let me think about it for a little bit longer. |

Each time you play a Hobbit, you may heal Mrs. Bracegirdle.
Each time you draw a card, if that card is a card, you may reveal that card and exert Mrs. Bracegirdle to draw another card.
“‘Are all these children yours? Good gracious!’”
I would add something that also dealt with followers. Very cool card!

Maybe rename it something else. Watchman of the Night, perhaps? Very cool card, though; I love hunters. |

Interesting idea. Play both versions of bounder, the ally keeping the compnion alive. |

I think I have a good idea for that. Check it again in a minute.

Bingo! That’s why I’d rather not change the name. The original Bounder is a pretty good ally, so changes are you might want at least one around. That limits you to using three of this new version. They work well together, but I didn’t want you to be able to have four of each. |

I decided to create a second Pippin. I may or may not do a second Merry in this set, but if not, by the time I get through my middle three sets (the ones focused on LOTR, TTT. and ROTK), both will have the same number of character cards.
•Pippin, Fool of a Took
Companion • Hobbit
Strength: 3
Vitality: 4
Signet: Gandalf
Fellowship: Play a Hobbit or Wizard to draw a card.
“‘We hobbits ought to stick together, and we will. I shall go, unless they chain me up. There must be someone with intelligence in the party.’”
Other lore options I’m considering (I guess the current lore is #1):
2.) “‘Why doesn’t Gandalf do something quick?’”
3.) (formerly #1) “‘It is true that if these hobbits understood the danger, they would not dare to go. But they would still wish to go, or wish that they dared, and be shamed and unhappy. I think, Elrond, that in this matter it would be well to trust rather to their friendship than to great wisdom.’”
4.) “‘Then, Master Elrond, you will have to lock me in prison, or send me home tied in a sack. For otherwise I shall follow the Company.’” |

Wow, I didn’t realize nobody reviewed this yet. I was all ready to post another card...but not until this guy is finalized.
So, anyone have any comments? |

Cool. Maybe you should make his ability a fellowship ability, like this:
Fellowship: Play a Hobbit or Wizard to draw a card.
And I like lore #3 best, followed by #1 (and then #4).
