Saruman cannot be assigned to a skirmish or participate in archery fire.
Each time the fellowship moves, you may exert a companion for each mounted Orc Orc you can spot.
Shadow: Remove an Orc token (Or exert Saruman if you cannot spot an Orc token) to make a mounted Orc Orc strength +2.

1 Isengard Brooding Pits Orc
Condition • Support Area
Shadow: Remove a burden or 2 threats to shuffle an Uruk-hai Uruk-hai or Orc Orc from your discard pile into your draw deck.
Shadow: Discard this condition to take a non-unique Uruk-hai Uruk-hai or Orc Orc into hand from your draw deck.

Discard any number of Orc cards from hand. The Free Peoples player then discards any number of cards from hand. For each card you discarded more than the Free Peoples player, add 1 to the minion archery total.

2 Bow of the Underdeeps Orc
Possession • Ranged Weapon
Bearer must be an Orc Orc.
Bearer is an archer.
While you can spot 4 threats or 4 burdens, add 1 to the minion archery total.

0 Black Tip Orc
Condition • Support Area
Each time a companion takes a wound in the archery phase, you may spot an Orc archer to add an Orc token here.
Archery: Spot 6 Orc tokens here to make the Free Peoples player exert 2 companions. Discard this condition.

0 Underdeeps Arrowsmith Orc
Minion • Orc
Strength: 6
Vitality: 1
Site Number: 4
To play, spot an Orc archer and 2 threats.
When you play this minion, you may play an Orc ranged weapon from your discard pile on your Orc Orc.

Neat! I would lower the initial cost (probably just to 2) and add a limit on how much is added.

Cool... but I’d invisioned an Orc Saruman that had something to do with wargs... something to keep in mind for your future cards, perhaps? Wink But this one... I wouldn’t pay 4 for a not assignable minion that could basically add 3. I see the uses (for spotting and toil), but I don’t think it’d be worth it. Maybe drop the regroup ability for something else... hey, maybe make each mounted Orc minion strength +2?

Ah, a balanced version of Forces of Mordor! Not to mention that the Dark Lord’s summons can’t be used with Orc. Good card!

Should be "Breeding Pits", unless this is where Saruman goes to stew over his plans of world domination. A very interesting card, and I like it! Although with Orkish Smith...

Nicely done! I like this one! Especially because it circumvents some of the recent Orc brokenness.

No way! Let’s recap this guy: 1-cost minion that makes each mounted Orc minion strength +2? As if they needed to be any harder than they already are! I would make both abilities apply simply to ’Orcs’ (or ’Orc and Isengard Orcs’) then include a disadvantage for using him, like my favourite (as seen in my thread ’culture crosses’, which is on the second page of this forum now) ’mounted orcs cannot be exerted’, then this card is less broken! Though in all fairness, it’s not your fault that decipher have made a total mess of the Orc culture.

Put the ’unable to...’ in brackets, it makes the card clearer. Nice, I like it.
