ARBs are incredibly hard to design well. Why do you think Faramir, bearer of quality copied Gimli, bearer of grudges’ drawback text? It’s because they knew it worked and didn’t want to try anything new in case it didn’t. And the fact that it had to be solo made it even harder as a key balancing feature on all ARBs is cultural and fellowship enforcement, like galadriel, bearer of wisdom and gandalf, bearer of obligation.
I felt your card was a tad powerful, but it had the potential to be great!

I did ask people how they thought i should do the voting and i had a few agreements and no nay sayers so sorry but thats the way it was. But seeing as people arent happy i will go back to a traditional vote for your favourite two. Everyone in the contest has to vote but other votes would be much appreciated.
