CG’s card: Underpowered. Drop the cost to 0, and it might be useable.
AP’s card: Make it unique, and change the ability to this: While you can spot a Man, each Uruk-hai at a battleground site is damage +1. |

If you dropped the regroup ability and added damage +1, he’d be neat. He’d look like this (assuming you tidied up the format ):
Uruk-hai Armorer
Minion • Uruk-hai

Site Number: 5
Damage +1.
Each possesion is twilight cost -1. |

Sorry, I couldn’t help it. Here’s the problem: you can use that action an infinite number of times, making any Uruk-Hai any strength you want. Any lousy Uruk-Hai beats any companion!
Make it: "Each minion is strength +2", and increase the cost. |

CG is correct. Even so, I don’t really like the idea of a condition that always gives +2 strength - maybe it should only trigger at a battleground site... like this:
•Killing Rampage
Condition • Support Area
Each minion at a battleground site is strength +2. |

AC and CG are right. I fixed my card Ac. but with suffered much loss it could always be strength plus 2. I would make it 2-3 twlight |

Suffered Much Loss is such a game-breaker. Brutality, Invincible Uruk, Isengard Siege Bow, Uruk Decimator, Fearless Approach, Hunting Uruk...all trigger without a single battleground on the site path. Brutality is the worst. |

There’s no need for the skirmish action there. He can just say "While skirmishing a Man, Tormenting Uruk is strength +2." |
All cards do what they say. |
