If his subtitle calls him an arhcer, I think he’d have to be an archer or have some kind of archery ability instead of hunter.

Reword as Menace suggested, and it’s quite nice. Pretty well-balanced, and the payoff is more than worth all the costs.

Only problem I see with this is having four in play and discarding all four at the same time. Don’t see how to fairly get around it though.

Yeah, I know that Relentless Assault could get really overpowered...would it be better as a Response event?

I’d really like Tracked to be a condition borne, but I can’t think of a logical thing...wait-what if I did something like reduced strength or resistance? Just like Pursuing Horde.

Cut the captain and just say "if an Uruk-hai Uruk-Hai wins a skirmish, discard this condition to make an uruk-hai strength +1 (or +2 if you spot to Uruk-hai companions) until the regroup phase."

I know it loses all the benefits connected with captain, and it doesn’t look cool, but still...better than a broken card.

Or make it unique...
