Yeah, I wasn’t completely sure, which is why I made it a mandatory action. When they get put into the dead pile, you get two mandatory actions:
1. Remove a threat
2. Remove all threats and assign threat wounds.
At least that’s how I understand it...
And I debated between -1 and -2 for the fellowship ability. I figured it would be fine, representing the power they get after they arrive (the 2 additional twilight in their cost). Plus, he helps them get into the world and helps them leave...
DáinIronfoot wrote: Actually, that plus one exertion only gives -4. That and THREE exertions (which Cirdan is perfectly capable of) gives -6, yes. Pretty cool combo.
Definitely a good combo, but it’s not a response action.
So, that with one gives -4, that with two exertions would give -8, and with three gives -12.

No, I can see a number of advantages for each. If skirmish abilities (but not events) are prevented from being used, if you don’t have events in your discard, or (and a key thing), if you have a multi-culture fellowship, you can use other cultures for it (arrows thick in the air, a fool (not so useful, but could...), mighty steed (interesting combo here for a replacement plus servant of the secret fire)).
Plus, you can use it on response events too (into dark tunnels)
Actually, I’d probably use yours more often than shipwright... (and it would be debatable between both of ours... Probably Falls of Rauros mine to use yours in the late game)
It’ll be close... 4-3 in your favor... |
Our time here is ending...
What did you want to see before the end?
It will be made in the Request-a-card Set #1 (name ideas also welcome ). |

Has everyone voted? I think we’re at a good stopping point, as the score is 6-3 in mm’s favor. |
