Make a Moria Warg or mounted Moria Orc strength +1 for each Warg minion you can spot.

Response: If the Ring-bearer puts on The One Ring, exert a Moria Warg to choose one: wound the Ring-bearer; or make the Ring-bearer take off The One Ring until the regroup phase.
Response: If a stealth card is played, spot a Moria Warg and discard this condition to cancel all effects of that card and discard it.

I would raise the cost to 3 and give it toil 1. Thumbs Up

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!

Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North!

I ended up going with something very close to that. Thanks! GP

Dáin’s DC Duos #112

Remember how Hunting Warg had the ability "when you play this minion, you may exert it to take a Moria search card into hand from your draw deck"? There’s a very good reason for that. Twisted Evil Obviously, it works well with existing Moria search cards (bet you forgot those even existed!) like Hide and Seek, Relentless, and especially Goblin Domain. But unlike Decipher, I’m not finished with the search keyword just yet.... Enjoy!

Nice. Make it 0 twilight. Also, remember that Moria swarms. So you may want to slap a limit, strength +17 could get out of hand. Maybe limit +8?

Bleah. I never liked taking off the ring. IF the RB is about to be killed by a Goblin Backstabber, its legal cheating to take off the ring. Plus its a condition. I think that this could form a hybrid Wraith/Moria deck, crazily enough...

So are you saying I should forget the choice and just make it wound?

And yeah, there are Wraith/Moria possibilities there, though Moria is not the only culture with a card like this in Lasting Alliances. Orc has one, Green has one, Moria has two, and Gollum has no less than four, including this one that works particularly well with the "take off" choice:

2Gollum, Small Slimy Creature Gollum
Minion
Strength: 5
Vitality: 4
Site: 4
Lurker. Fierce.
Each time The One Ring is put on or taken off, add a burden.
Skirmish: Discard a Gollum riddle from play or from hand to make Gollum strength +1 (or +2 if at an underground site) until the regroup phase.
“But now the light in Gollum’s eyes had become a green fire, and it was coming swiftly nearer....such a rage of loss and suspicion was in his heart that no sword had any more terror for him.”

Now THERE’S hybrid deck potential. Gollum and goblins? It’s just crazy enough to make sense....

Dáin’s DC Duos #113

Getting near the end of Moria Wargs...at least, as minions. Still some nifty cards left for them, though...like these. Enjoy!

1 Anger and Fright Moria
Event • Skirmish
Make a Moria Warg strength +1 for each wound on each character in its skirmish.
“The rage of the wolves was terrible to see, and the commotion they made filled all the forest.”

1 Hurrying Multitude Moria
Event • Skirmish
Search.
Make each Moria minion that is not mounted (or a Warg) gain lurker.
“...already their cries and howls rent the air afar.”

I would drop the cost to 1, or raise the cost to 3 and give it toil 1.
