Here are the matchups for round #3!
Elf Lvr’s DC:
 *Vorondil, Defender of the Citadel 
Follower
Strength: +2
Aid - Add a threat.
Bearer must be a man.
Each time bearer wins a skirmish, you may discard a shadow possession or liberate a site.
sickofpalatir’s DC:
Vorondil, Knight of Gondor
Follower
Strength +1
Aid - 
Each time you transfer Vorondil to a companion, you may exert bearer to discard a condition. Bearer gains Knight.
Editors note, I decided Gondor could use some condition removal, and gave it to them

No, you can’t give condition removal. They’re already the number one culture out there, and giving them condition removal means they have no weakness. Remember what happened with Fortress Never Fallen?
Gondor does not need condition removal. They have no condition removal, they should have no condition removal, and they don’t need to be broken anymore.
That being said, EL’s makes one of Gondor’s strengths, possession discarding, even better, and makes site liberation, another of Gondor’s abilities, not necessarily strength, and makes it better.
And his add a threat aid means that you can’t always use him, making him balanced.

Sorry SoP but NB is right on the mark. should never have condition removal or no other culture would get used. I have to vote EL for that but he has a sweet card anyway.
