You guys have been wonderful in refining my cards, this topic has been my most fruitful DC venture yet! And it’s far from finishing! (If it ever will...)

0 Machine of War Uruk-hai
Possession • Support Area
Machine. When you play this possession, you may spot another machine to add an Uruk-hai token here.
Maneuver: Liberate a site you control to add an Uruk-hai token to a machine.

1Wood Splintered Uruk-hai
Condition • Support Area
Each time you add an Uruk-hai token to a machine, you may stack an Uruk-hai card from hand here.
Regroup: Discard any number of cards stacked on this condition to take control of a site. The Free Peoples player may add threats equal to the number of cards discarded to prevent that. Discard this condition.

4 Frightful Uruk Uruk-hai
Minion • Uruk-hai
Strength: 11
Vitality: 2
Site Number: 5
Damage +1. When you play this minion, you may remove an Uruk-hai token from a machine to make this minion’s twilight cost -1.

0 Ladders Rising Uruk-hai
Event • Shadow
Spot Saruman or exert an Uruk-hai to play a machine from your draw deck.

1 Breaking Like Water on Rock Uruk-hai
Event • Skirmish
Make an Uruk-hai minion strength +1 for each machine you can spot, then the Free Peoples player may discard one of those machines.

Nice, but a high cost for not so much benefit.

Well, I guess he’s a little frightful. Removing X tokens for -X would be funny, but almost certainly too good without reducing his stats.

Excellent! That’s what the old machines need, especially with the classic beserkers!

Yeah, but the breaking like water on a rock was bad for the uruks! Make it, ’Spot X machines to make an Uruk-hai minion strength +X’, and then I’d give the choice which one is discarded to the Free Peoples player (which fits better with the title anyway).

I think you can safely make it cost 0.

I think it should be "stack" instead of "place". But I love it otherwise. Thumbs Up

I like it, but I have two issues.
1) The normal (decipher) way of doing the ’choose one’ abilities is a semi-colon ( ; ) between each of the options.
2) The get out clause might as well not be there for all the difference it makes - who’s going to have companions in their hand in the maneuver phase? Make it free peoples card, or 2 free peoples cards, or character, or simply get rid of it.

They’ve never done something like this before, and while I envisage it being very cool, it’s also very complicated. Plus, I wouldn’t make the ability choose one, I’d make it do both.

I understand why you did this, but it’s too specific. In a bi-cultural deck you don’t want events that only boost one of the cultures you’re using (in general) so I think this should also say ’Uruk-hai’.

Decipher’s grammar isn’t that impressive, so I’ll keep the colon. I just changed it to Free Peoples card. Thumbs Up
