Make it unique if you ask me cos of the regroup action. I like it though.

I would make it exert a minion.

The regroup ability could get out of hand, especially if there are multiple copies in play. I would drop the cost to and make it unique.  |

I a missing how the twilight would help with moria. aside from double moves

Fine, but I’d make the cancelling thing conditional ie. at an underground site.

The site 5 thing is because these goblins populate the east side of Moria...the areas near and around the Bridge of Khazad-dûm. In truth, I probably should have posted these later, since I intended to follow the fellowship’s journey from start to finish.
So, to get things back on track....
•Host of Moria, Horde of the Black Pit
Minion • Orc
Strength: 15
Vitality: 3
Site: 4
To play, spot 2 minions.
Response: If another Orc is killed, exert Host of Moria to take that Orc into hand instead of discarding it.
