I plan to use archery with this deck and take advantage of traveled leader and sites like Isengard Ruined or anduin banks. I’ll post more later when I find it’s strengths/weaknesses in play.

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. |

sop:
Particularily the manuever action
Madril makes them roaming, and if you need threats you use Aragorn’s Bow, Ranger’s Longbow (which hazael should be running instead of Aragorn’s Bow ) or Ranger’s Cloak.
If your talking about watch and wait then I have no clue... it must have been a typo.

I would definitely drop Watch and Wait. Frodo has 14 resistance, and (as bobtheorc said) your companions can’t get all that strong. The only way it’ll work is if you can fight against a weak minion, but even then your Ring-bearer seems very hard to corrupt. |

Phazanzar, Thats the Aragorn’s bow I meant... I will fix that up.
AC, I bet at least 1 burden to go first, then add 1 for prancying pony. I was thinking about putting in RoD instead of RoR. My online deck has RoD in it right now. (the corruption decks are very deadly when you do not have many events)
Watch and Waits are usually only played when I see a corruption shadow deck.
Couple things:
1. I get to choose the minions that I want to survive to the skirmish phase. (that means the weak ones )
2. Corruption decks are usually weak.
3. Aragorn gets up to a strength of 13 without pumps... who needs em?
Boromir is way too spendy for this one. I’m trying to not use IB unless I really need to. That way I can triple move. I am thinking about putting in some sort of threat removal card though. |

You should add Boromir, Defender of Minas Tirith for autohealing, and since Madril will be free, you should start another 2-cost ranger with Halbarad. Mablung is a good one.
I would drop the Pallandos, Watch and Wait, Radagast and Traveled Leader. Include some pumps like Banners Blowing or Rally the Company, as well as some staple ranger cards like Well-traveled and Drawing His Eye. There really aren’t all that many conditions that can hurt this deck. Corsairs will be deadly, of course, but there’s not much you can do about that.
Well-traveled can net you some emergency burden removal by playing Caves of Aglarond for a double move. Also, since you will be exerting a lot, you should include Neekerbreekers’ Bog as one of your sites so you can heal more. Trollshaw Forest would be a better choice for a site instead of North Undeep and Heights of Isengard. |
All cards do what they say. |
