some gondor bow
guarded city and heirs of gondor are nto musts and could be replaced with fortifications/gondor bow

I am ordering 3 to 4 Gondor Bows, 2 Fifth Levels, and 1 sixth level for my birthday. (8 days)

You need multiple copies of companions. You’ll never get all of those out early on, unless you cycle insanely. It’s even worse, because the deck is so big. Slim it down by focusing it one one goal.

carpe is right you should cut 1-2 aromor or armor of the citadel possibly boromir my brother or guarded city. for teh shadow side cut the desert nomads.

i like how you started ingold, hes an overlooked companion that can be very effective in the correct deck. Great deck! Gondor is unbeatable when used corectly and can eliminate nearly every shadow side with brute force and strategic events. The fortifications only sweeten the deal!

I think this deck has a lot of room for improvement. your shadow side isn’t focised, both sides are too large, and no gondor bow and barely any CotS.
I have given you lots fo advice already though i am just pointing out the main points.
