If you Confiscate your oppenents creature that is equipped with Loxodon Warhammer, you attack with it, who gains the life? Thinking that you control the creature but not the equipment.
I understand that the equipment says "Equiped creature HAS..." meaning it has the ability so the person who confiscate the creature will gain life, not the controller of the equipment.
What is different with Spirit Link ed creature.
What is the correct ruling? Thanks. |

I believe you are correct. Loxodon Warhammer adds extra gametext to the creature, so the "you" refers to the creature’s controller. But with Spirit Link, the "you" refers to the enchantment’s controller. |

yup. Cobra is right. To elaborate, they could choose to reequip the equipment to another creature, or being that it’s a life leech equipment, they might not want to. But once they reequip it to one of their own creatures, it cannot come back. |
