Well, here is the deck from the well know article on Decipher: If the Ents Went to Mount Doom:

Gandalf, Bearer of Obligation
The One Ring, Ring of Rings

4 Quickbeam, Hastiest of All Ents (starting)
4 Shepherd of the Trees
1 Treebeard, Keeper of the Watchwood
1 Leaflock, Finglas
1 Skinbark, Elder Ent
1 Radagast, the Brown
1 Alatar, Final Envoy
1 Pallando, Far-travelling One
1 Gandalf’s Staff, Ash-staff
1 Radagast’s Staff
1 Shadowfax, Unequaled Steed
1 Glamdring, Foe-hammer
1 Traveller’s Homestead
2 Watch and Wait
3 The Board is Set
4 Momentous Gathering
3 The Flame of Anor
3 Look to My Coming

If I based it off of this deck, what would you change?

That is an awesome article. However, I tried that deck in actual play, and it BOMBED. Possibly because of the Ninja Gollum side that was powerless. Anyway, I might take out one Look To My Coming, because you can play it even after it’s discarded. The concept of the deck rules, though.

otherwise id say it looks pretty amazing, but dont just make a whole new deck, just make proxy cards then test it to make sure youlike it

I might just base it off of that deck, and then throw in my personal Ninja Gollum.

I took their Ninja Gollum to see what it was like, and now I’ve been tweaking it. It didn’t have any copies of Sudden strike! That’s an essential card, because it lets you drop Gollum + Shelob, and get a Gollum condition from your deck! Or Web or larder, if you want.
