| why are you using sites 1-9? you can only use shadows+ sites even in expanded, also, pick a different Frodo, the one you are using is useless, use the new common frodo from the hunters. |

I agree wholeheartedly. LotC is, in my opinion, one of if not the best gandalf for any multi-culture deck. |

| LoTC is best in this type of deck. None of the other Gandalf’s are really quite as good as him. |
