My Gollum Corruption/Elf Cirdan event deck
This deck is the upgraded version of the last deck I posted, The freeps is based around Cirdan’s Event ability, I know I need the Galadriel ARB but I am still trying to get it, this deck is sort of based around defeating Nazgul, but no that much. The shadow is something like Gollum corruption, although I still need more cards for it. Here it is:

Honestly, I’d say your shadow needs more focus... Here’s my 2 cents...
Gollum, Old Villain - drop
Gollum, Nasty Treacherous Creature - drop
Gollum, Stinker -add another
Gollum, Hopeless
Shelob, Last Child of Ungoliant - drop
Shelob, Eater of Light - drop
Add Shelob, Her Ladyship x3
Conditions
Evil-Smelling Fens
Unabated in Malice - Add 1. A guaranteed +2 and Damage can be nice!
Add Hidden Even From Her x1 or 2
Possessions
Larder - Drop
Web - Add Another
Spider Poison - Drop
Events
Captured by the Ring x4
You’re a Liar and a Thief x2 - Drop both
Hobbites are Dead x2 - drop both
A Dark shape Sprang
Sudden Strike
Frenzied attack - drop
Nasty, Foul Hobbitses - add another 2
We must have it - add 1
Cards you’ll want to add: Slippery As Fishes and/or Chasm’s Edge (3-4x each), Incited x2. A good splash minion would be Ulaire Attea, Second of the Nine Riders, because of his burden adding ability. Or maybe those old Easterlings that add a burden when assigned to an unbound companion, since theyre uncommon, it’d be easier on the wallet (especially when trying to get Slippery and Chasm...)
The idea: Shelob excludes the strongest companion, then a beefed-up Gollum wins a skirmish adding a burden. You play Nasty, Foul Hobbitses to add another, then grab it back with Incited and play it again. Hope it helps! |
Marcus: Our Snow Balrog would be a lot more impressive if it didn't keep melting.

| you need another copy of cirdan, otherwise your fellowship will be obliterated before you can get him out. you need to add other multiple companions for drawing chances |

| Stinker is the heart of the deck... There’s really only 1 or 2 other Gollums worth it in a corruption deck... Mad Thing and Hopeless. Oh that’s right!.. make it 1 Mad Thing, 1 Hopeless, and 1 Stinker. |

I was playing with this deck and wounding was awsome, I’m going to tinker a bit more on this, thanks for the insight, I gave you a coin SB. |
