Here are just a few characters that are in RotK the book, but that were not made into cards:
 •Hurin the Tall, Warden of the Keys 
Companion•Man
Strength 7
Vitality 4
Resistance 6
To play, spot a man.
Regroup Exert Hurin twice and spot another man to make the move limit +1 for this turn.
 •The Lord of the Lossarnach
Companion•Man
Strength 6
Vitality 3
Resistance 6
When you play this companion you may exert a man to make him twilight cost -2.
Maneuver: Exert this companion twice to make another companion defender +1 until the regroup phase.
 •Hirluin, Of the Green Hills 
Companion•Man
Strength 4
Vitality 1
Resistance 6
To play, spot a companion.
While you cannot spot 5 threats, Hirluin is vitality +X where X is the number of threats you can spot (limit 4).
While you cannot spot 5 burdens, Hirluin is strength +X where X is the number of burdens you can spot (limit 4).
Skirmish: Make another companion strength +X where X is Hirluin’s strength, place Hirluin in your dead pile.
 •Imrahil, The Fair
Companion•Man
Strength 9
Vitality 4
Resistance 6
To play, spot a man.
Maneuver: Exert Prince Imrahil twice and spot X other gondor companions to make the shadow player exert X minions. |

oops, i never realized they were teh same person, oh well, theres more than one aragorn, so i guess there can be more than one imrahil!  |

| Well yeah, but you can only have one copy of Aragorn in play, but you can have Imrahil and Prince Imrahil both in play. You need to drop ’Prince’ from his name. |

| i dont think there are any companions besides frodo with that high a resistance |
