Each week, I’m hoping to make a thread working it’s way up from the back of the alphabet. So this week is Z! Make a card that starts with Z!
Zig-Zagger 2R
Cumulative Upkeep- Put a +1/1 Counter on Zig-Zagger
During your upkeep, pay 2 for each age counter on zig-zagger or target opponent gains control of zig-zagger.
Haste

Hehe, found "Zeno" in an alphabetical listing of philosophers, and the image of a mad (blue) scientist splicing artifice into himself popped into my mind.
For the next "Un-" set, here is:

So Zero Hour basically resets the game? Isn’t that a litte... um... broken?

They’ve printed similar things, but most say "Then remove Zero Hour from the game" or whatnot. Some also remove other things from the game, so you can’t just repeat ad nauseum.
Is one a week too slow? I wanna do more  |

Yeah, THIS one IS supposed to be annoying. Didn’t know if you got the catch, but the "zero" refers ALSO to the fact that YOU DON’T DRAW ANY CARDS. So,this is one of those cards that are REALLY just annoying, since the game resets with topdecking for a looooong time... 
But I DO think it could be remover from the game after being used... Should I alter it this way? |

It is nice, althoug Elves don’t tend to have Bushido. Maybe he could be an Elf Warrior? Also, imagine 4 of those out, and compare him with, let’s say, Carven Caryatid. Caryatid can’t attack! So, to balance it a little, it shoul be Legendary Creature • Elf Warrior. This way, you’d only be able to play ONE of those at a time. Or, you could lower hist stats, or Bushido... 
Other than that, nice flavor, title and form. Well done! |
