I need some more ideas on what to use in a F/S/S deck. i somehow keep to the direct wounding using paths, ’add x burdens to wound minion skirmishing frodo signet’ and other ’spot sam +smeagol to remove x burdens’. the problem is, i always have too many cards and a feeling that the moment i leave site 3, i’ll be corrupted or killed anyways.

some enlightenment would be appreciated |

If you’re worried about being corrupted, try a few copies of Not Listening, No Help for It, Salt from the Shire, or Impatient and Angry. There’s a lot of burden removal cards in the Shire culture, so corruption shouldn’t be too much of a problem as long as you have a few in your deck. As for being killed, you can pump up your companions with cards like Poor Wretch, Sting, Baggins Heirloom, and A Promise. Don’t Look at Them and the Phial of Galadriel, Light of Earendil are great ways to cycle cards, and Smeagol, Slinker can take on most minions if you add a burden or two.

Hope this helps. |

| My friend made a hobbit hospital style deck with sam, son of hamfast for removing about 4-5 burdens a turn, just to use Slinker. It turned out pretty good though... If you’re using that smeagol, (because he cant take wounds) then Safe Passage might be a good card. It removes a ton of twilight. And with One good turn deserves another, you can control the sites for the entire game! |

Your name is TheHobbit13 yet you don’t play hobbits? That’s kind of interesting.

Unless your name is referring to the book. |
