Well, guys, here they are! My first set of True Dream Cards (I think I’ll call them this way...), straight from the sewers of Manhattan!
Feel free to comment AND post suggestions about editing, so I may balance the cards better. Also, suggestion on new cards should be pm’ed to me, so this thread doesn’t get messy. Nice ideas WILL be posted, with full credit to the card’s creator or idealizer! Very Happy
So, here go the first five (remember, since they’re supposed to be new cultures, they don’t have culture symbols!):

3Raphael, Red-Masked Turtle
Companion • Turtle
Strength: 7

If Raphael, Red-Masked Turtle is in your starting Fellowship, its twilight cost is -1.
Whenever Raphael wins a skirmish, you may spot a lurker minion. That minion loses lurker until the regroup phase.

3Leonardo, Blue-Masked Turtle
Companion • Turtle
Strength: 7
Vitality: 3
Resistance: 7
If Leonardo, Blue-Masked Turtle is in your starting Fellowship, its twilight cost is -1.
Skirmish: Exert Leonardo to make him strength +3. Any Shadow player may remove 3 to prevent that.

4Michelangelo, Orange-Masked Turtle
Companion • Turtle
Strength: 8
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 6
Damage +1.
If a Shadow event targets Michelangelo, you may exert him to prevent that (limit 1 per turn).

3Donatello, Purple-Masked Turtle
Companion • Turtle
Strength: 6
Vitality: 5
Resistance: 8
Defender +2.
Fellowship: Play a Turtle to draw a card.

4Splinter, Rat-Master
Ally • Home 2 (any) • Rat
Strength: 8
Vitality: 4
You may heal Splinter, Rat-Master at a Sanctuary as if he were a companion.
Fellowship: Spot a Turtle and exert Splinter to draw a card.
Maneuver: Spot Raphael, Leonardo, Michelangelo and Donatello and exert Splinter to make him participate in archery fire and skirmishes until the regroup phase (even if not at his home site).

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. Razz

Nice! I can see that as a kind of card D would actually make.

3Leonardo, Blue-Masked Turtle
Companion • Turtle
Strength: 7
Vitality: 3
Resistance: 7
If Leonardo, Blue-Masked Turtle is in your starting Fellowship, its twilight cost is -1.
Skirmish: Exert Leonardo to make him strength +3. Any Shadow player may remove 3 to prevent that.

Again, nice. Gimli, Son of Gloin with an interesting twist.

4Michelangelo, Orange-Masked Turtle
Companion • Turtle
Strength: 8
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 6
Damage +1.
If a Shadow event targets Michelangelo, you may exert him to prevent that (limit 1 per turn).

Good. The ability isn’t the best... but still very usable. and high strength with an auto damage bonus... sweet!

3Donatello, Purple-Masked Turtle
Companion • Turtle
Strength: 6
Vitality: 5
Resistance: 8
Defender +1.
Fellowship: Play a Turtle to draw a card.

I don’t get why he has 5 vit and only 6 strength... true the vit would help out while skirmishing two d+ minions, but beyond that it looks like he might get beat down against two minions...

The Return of the... not king... ALLIES!!! LOVE IT!

The Free Peoples player can assign Tokka only to skirmish a Turtle.

Bill Ferny with a new subculture twist. very nice. also some swarming potential.

3 •Rahzar
Minion • Mutant
Strength: 4
Vitality: 2
Site number: 3
The Free Peoples player can assign Rahzar only to skirmish a Turtle.
Shadow: Play Rahzar to draw a card or return an unbound companion to its owner’s hand.

The Shadow ability is way overpowered. You cuould return cards attached to an unbound companion to their hand... but the companion itself?!? and then the cards he bore would be discarded also... NOT COOL. but again i love the bill ferny -ish-ness about him.

4 •Bebop
Minion • Mutant
Strength: 6
Vitality: 3
Site number: 3
Bebop may not take wounds.
Assignment: Remove 3 and exert Bebop to assign him to a companion of your choice (except the Ring-bearer). Its owner may exert him twice to prevent that.

Make it exert once to prevent. Like the cant take wounds part.

5 •Rocksteady
Minion • Mutant
Strength: 10
Vitality: 4
Site number: 3
Fierce. Damage +1.

Fine.

6 •Shredder
Minion • Man
Strength: 11
Vitality: 3
Site number: 4
Fierce. Damage +1.
If a companion is killed in a skirmish, you may exert Shredder to make a [Mutant] minion fierce until the regroup phase.
If Shredder wins a skirmish, you may heal a [Mutant] minion.

Hmmmm, is this the shredder? Pippin, take him out. *SMASH* buh-bye. If shredder is supposed to be a great minion (like sauron or the balrog) then make him one! and if you want him to be more like saruman/staff (which is about his stats, with d+ and fierce) then include some better abilities, IMO.
