Okay, I’ve just figured out the absolute best way to get rid of those pesky Expanded dwarves:  corruption! The FP player usually slaps down one of the Rings on Gimli for a damage boost = resistance boost, right? So use Reclaim the Precious on them! Max out on threats with Captured by the Ring and plotting, and the FP player has to choose between adding a burden to assign Gollum, or adding three at the start of the Gimli-Gollum skirmish! Thoughts? |

| in my dwarf deck, the ring isn’t that important. my gimli gets most of his resistance from his battle axe and from proud and able, so basically my gimli is about 14 resistance so you’d have to assign gollum to gimli like 10 times to corrupt me. What im saying is, if the free peoples player knows that your gonna assign gollum to gimli every turn because of ring of fury, they will just transfer it to durin or dain. |

| There is a better way to beat expanded dwarves. It is called Grima Wormtongue and if you splash him then he does wonders against Durin and then throw in some condition removal to get rid of Proud and Able and you will be set not to mention it chokes the hand really well. |

Aye, that works. I was just throwing out another idea.
SoP, if they transfer the Ring, that’s a plus for this deck! They lose the Ring, they lose the damage bonus, Gimli has lower resistance. |
