on palantir of orthanc, when it says spot a man with three or more vitlaity, say you have faramir out, (he naturaly has three vitality) and he is wounded, does that mean he only has two vitality, and he needs to have full health, or does he still have 3 vitality? |

It counts the remaining vitality. (In your example, if Faramir has one wound he is considered to have two vitality.) |
