This forum is excusively for Expanded format decks. Expanded is an ideal format for players who want to experience the full spectrum of LOTR TCG cultures and decktypes, but also want a balanced gameplay environment. Expanded decks can use any cards EXCEPT the following:

The adventure deck or site path can only use sites from Shadows or later.
