This forum is excusively for War of the Ring block (a.k.a. Shadow block) decks. These decks can contain only cards from the 11th, 12th, and 13th LOTR TCG sets (Shadows, Black Rider, and Bloodlines).
The War of the Ring block format does not have any other banned or restricted cards.
