Hello, my question is about the Mountain-Troll 15R112:
What is the best option/swarming combo for this card? I am constructing my first deck with this culture, and I want to know what minions I have to play first, discard, and finally replay from discard pile to use this card as good as possible.
Thanks

Since Demoralized is banned in standard format, generally the best one I’ve seen has been the Orkish worker. He is pretty much a luck machine, but if you get lucky and hit a high cost shadow card (ie big minion) he adds a ton of twilight. Generally the orcs don’t matter that much although you might want to play a prowling orc along with a number of orkish smith (to get back your conditions). Playing Scurrying goblin can also help with the twilight generation if at an underground site. Use the Watchful orc or unforgiving depths to get back your undergrounds.

Picket Denizen and Champion Orc are also good in the swarm.

Yeah, Picket Denizen is a must-have to keep those swarming orcs alive, especially if you use Forced March to swarm the Freeps. Champion Orc is awesome, because you can toil him out for free. And what’s that one goblin that lets you replace sites?

Right. And don’t forget Unforgiving Depths. Underground sites are key when you want to use the Forced March + Goblin Hordes combo.

I like this type of swarm:

Orkish Worker x4
Watchful Orc x4
Champion Orc x4
Scurrying Goblin x4
Picket Denizen x3
Mountain Troll
Prowling Orc x4
Underdeeps Denizen x4
Massing Strength x4
Horror of Harad

Thats 33 it works well with Dwarves No pauses no spills with Isildor Hier of Elendil x3 You dont need the site manipulation just hold your cards until site 4 let them go first and swarm at 4 one gets on the ringbearer and play Massing strength. Game Over.

Thanks a lot about all the options you have post.

I have a new fellowship, not based in saved from the fire, that let you get grom the draw deck the 90% of the free people cards in site 4-5. It is perfect for swarming and I want to try to use some shadows like Swarming Nazgul-Morcs, Forest-Nazgul swarming, and now I will try with Orcs.
As soon as I finish it I will post the deck.

Dang, that’s crazy filtering! If you’re using Denethor to filter...keep in mind the Rule of 4.
