Couple of thoughts:
You probably want Faramir, Captain of Gondor in your starting line up. You also may want to use Ancient Roads, for guaranteed site number boosting.
You probably also should choose some cards and stick with them, having lots of individual cards won’t help you that much. For example, use 4 of the best Free Peoples event, not one of each. Try War and Valor.
Also, Mablung, Soldier of Gondor is brilliant with Rangers Bow.
The same goes for the Uruk side really, it needs a bit more focus rather than a minion here and a minion here. What’s the game plan? It looks like the plan is to take a site, stack a minion on it and use Pillage of Rohan, but you also need some beatdown capabilities. Drop Parry, as it is a waste of time (I’m afraid). Try a copy of Savagery to Match Their Numbers (or four copies if playing Open). Broad-bladed Swords are generally the best Uruk weapon, so use 3-4 copies. Consider more copies of Shagrat, or Lurtz, Servant of Isengard for putting down the beats. You may want to splash in Siege Troops for reliable site control, as the original Isengard site control was very unreliable.
Hope that’s helpful,

This deck does need focus. I’m trying to trade for more cards now. Thanks for the advise. |

I combined a similar bunch of Uruks with Moria swarming. Hate and Anger along with Sarumans Ambition (2 of these) and you suddenly have a pretty nasty Uruk Swarm... |
I tend to use Gandalf alot. There isn't any other character in the game as useful or powerful. I also focus on decks that work together free people and minion. |

I would definitly get F,CoG then you could start faramir and a gondorian ranger , or ranger of ithilien(and strider if you could get him.)
why do you have a gondor bow?
replace with rangers or aragorn’s bow.
definitly get 4 of one skirmish event. |
