This deck has a strong reliable fellowship capable of racing to 9 if needed.

Here’s a shadow decklist people hate to play against, and is not even fun to play with. Eh? It’s just all or nothing. Win or sit and watch.

If you play Lotr tcg for fun, you won’t like this deck.
Why then do I post a deck like this on CC?
If you play Lotr tcg to win, you may really like it.
Problem is, you will really only get one game out of it from each person.
They will soon catch on to you if their strategies allow.

1 - Gollum, Dark as Darkness
2 - Gollum, Old Villain
1 - Gollum, Hopeless

4 - A Dark Shape Sprang
3 - Captured by the ring
4 - Slippery as Fishes
4 - Chasm’s Edge
2 - Unabated in Malice
2 - Not this time
2 - They stole it
3 - Incited
2 - Treacherous little toad
4 - A shadow rises

The primary strategy is to wait for the kill. In some cases this strategy will choke a event heavy fellowship, and it will never even see a skirmish phase and still be extremely effective. It is just so heavy with conditions which can be played without spotting that it chokes them while maintaning cycle.

A Dark Shape Sprang
In most cases this shadow will overwhelm the ring-bearer in a single fellowship-action skirmish phase. No turning back once they play a possession on the ring-bearer or any other companion.

A shadow rises
In other cases this shadow will take advantage of twilight to play fierce 10 strength minions and a powerful gollum.

I’m thinking to grab 1 or 2 of this new gollum, Hopeless, but I need an opinion (since we’re talking about a deck with this card I assume this a right place t ask) This version of Gollum works so well as it looks Hazael?

eh I havent used it yet Sad

I can see how it would be very helpful against Dwarven and Gandalf Rb’s.
The reason I have one hopless in here is so I can still have the option of killing my opponent with wounds if he is too hard to overwhelm. That last wound from winning the skirmish is very nice to have without pumps.
