OK here we go, here is my first try at a DC so let me know what you guys think
*Dunaglar, Raised of the Dunedain[elven]
Companion-Elf
Strength: 5
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 5
Ranger.
While you can spot another ranger, Dunaglar’s twilight cost is -1
Skirmish: If Dunaglar is skirmishing a roaming minion, exert Dunaglar twice to discard that minion.
*Dunaglar’s Sword, Blade of the Dunedain[elven]
Possesion-Hand Weapon
Bearer must be Dunaglar.
While you can spot two other rangers, Dunaglar is strength +1 for each threat you can spot.
*Dunaglar’s Bow, Made of the Elves[elven]
Possesion-Ranged Weapon
Vitality:+1
Bearer must be Dunaglar.
Each time Dunaglar wins a skirmish you may remove a threat to wound a minion.
Any help would be great. I tried to make him fairly decent while keeping him balanced with the two weapons. |

Looks fine, but he should be unique.
Dunaglar’s Sword, Blade of the Dunedain
Possesion-Hand Weapon
S:0
V:0
R:0
Bearer must be Dunaglar.
While you can spot three other rangers, Dunaglar is Strength +1 for each threat.
Stats are unnecessary, it should be unique, and it’s underpowered at cost 2.

Possesion-Ranged Weapon

Bows shouldn’t give vitality bonuses, but ok.

Meant for them to be unique but just forgot the dot. As for the weapons I wanted him to be able to use his ability twice in one turn if he had to. The sword was thought with the IB rangers in mind as he would make a good fit. Maybe if I said 2 other Rangers or drop the cost to one? |

I believe 2 other rangers would be fine although dropping the cost would suffice, too. |

Couple of things off the bat: needs a culture, it’s a lot nicer if you put full words in (instead of just S/V/R), Ranger needs a period after it, and several letters are capitalized that shouldn’t be (Spot, Twilight, and Exert).
Now, regarding the actual card... I think his vitality might be a bit too much. Also, if he is an Elf, how is he one of the Dunedain? The Dunedain are Men.

Nice ability. The format could be fixed up a bit by dropping the stats.

Cool. As before, though, you should drop the stats (except for the vitality, since it is needed in this instance).
Cool cards! |

Ok, touched it up a bit and changed the subtitle so that it was a little more understanding. This was also based on my character from the RPG’s. |
