| "!!!shift11!!shift1!!" is making fun of players who type fast. If you try to type a lot of "!" really fast, you can end up missing the shift key or not hitting it with the right timing, so you get "!!1!!!!!1!!!". By writing "shift", someone makes fun of this. "!!!onetwo!!1!!" is the same idea. |
