Good point on Crawling With Goblins...would a twilight cost decrease be better?

Okay, I edited Crawling with Goblins slightly, and have initiated an interesting new culture twist for the gobbos...(no, they won’t be able to control all sorts of sites...it will be very limited).

First let me say that I’m a big fan of goblins. I think it’s important that they have their own flavor. I thought it was a bad move on Decipher’s part to lump all the Orcs (even those from Moria) into one big Orc culture. It’s a good idea for some things, and I understand why they did it, but it takes something away from the different cultures evident in the LOTR story’s Orcs...especially when it comes to goblins. Props for coming up with an easy way to keep them seperate yet still within the Orc culture.

Also, reinforcements is a neat idea. Could get out of hand, but only if it’s all over the place (which I imagine you’ll be careful not to do). Good show.

Now, on to the cards!

...and now an easy way to ensure your Skulking Underdwellers live through the skirmish phase.

It MIGHT be easier to just skip a step and have this stack them right away. Perhaps not, since that changes the card and lessens the impact of text like the Skulking Underdweller, but it might be a little less confusing. *shrug*

I like what such stacked minions do with cards like Crawling With Goblins and look forward to how else you plan on using them.

I agree with Thonnas that the cost could be reduced. 0 would be okay, but 1 might be better. Maybe, if you do 0, require the goblin you discard to be unwounded.

Thanks for the feedback! I’ve been justfying some of the higher costs on these minions with Crawling With Goblins. But I know that only goes so far...

And I do plan on being able to play stacked goblins aka Goblin Swarms that can’t be discarded.
