Where’s the point in playing sftf when you can play a wizard is never late? Anyway, here comes an old fashioned ent deck:

Frodo, Reluctant adventurer

The one ring, the binding ring

Gandalf, Leader of Men

Forest Guardian

Gandalf, leader of the company x2

Linderoot

Treebeard, 10R

Skinbark Fladrif

Ent horde

(the other huge ent)

Radagast

a wizard is never late x2

servant of the secret fire x4

brooding on tomorrow

roll of thunder x3

deep in thought x3

intimidate x2

strength of spirit x2

look to my coming x2

sent back x2

sting, baggins heirloom

Starting fellowship:

Frodo, Weary from the Journey

The One Ring, The Ring of Doom (FOIL)

or

The One Ring, The Ring of Doom

Gandalf, Leader of Men

Jarnsmid, Barding Emissary

or

Huorn

Treebeard, Keeper of the Watchwood

Leaflock, Finglas

Quickbeam, Hastiest of All Ents (FOIL)

Shepherd of the Trees

or

Radagast, The Brown

Skinbark, Elder Ent

Jarnsmid, Barding Emissary

or

Huorn

Saved From the Fire x4

Traveled Leader x4

Terrible and Evil 1 or 2

Look to My Coming x4

The Flame of Anor x4

New-awakened 1 or 2

Glamdring, Foe-hammer (FOIL)

Gandalf’s Staff, Ash-staff

Mellon!

Traveler’s Homestead

Pallando, Far-travelling One (Masterworks FOIL)

Alatar, Final Envoy

maybe you can play one or two Have Patience.

Fellowship has 34-35 cards. You start with Gandalf and Huorn or Jarnsmid, it depends if you are playing against coruption. Use saved from fire to setup fellowship at begining. This fellowship is best with 5 companions in play. Ideal 5 are Frodo, Gandalf, Treebeard, Skinbark and Leaflock or Radagast.

Gandalf is soul of this fellowship, he uses may toys: Saved from the fire, Look to My Coming, Terrible and evil, Glamdring, Muster Staff, Traveled Leader, New-awakened.

Skinbark is very important because he can return important cards in draw deck.

Treebeard is strong, and he can return condition in play.

Leaflock is strenght 8 and vitality 4 companion, Radagast also, but he also has bigger move limit, and can play Traveled Leader if something bad happened to Gandalf, so i think he is better in this fellowship.

If oponents shadow do not punishes 6 or more companions you can play more companions. If you are playing against Nazgul coruption, than you play only 3 companions in second region, because you need to choke.

Mellon! is good card against swarm Orcs and Corsairs.

This fellowship has two weakneses:

1. If you don’t have saved from fire early enouhg it could be ugly for your fellowship but also for your shadow.

2. This fellowship could be wunerable on early sites. Saved cost 3 and many companions have big cost.

On my opinion this fellowship and ringbound Hobbits sre stronges standard fellowship at the moment.

Ideal shadow for this fellowship are Forest Nazguls with Mooving this way, which can help for setup fellowship as soon as possible. |
