Lots of fun, lots of dead minions.
--- end description ---

FP:

Total:34

Starting:
Frodo, Weary from the Journey
The One Ring, Such a Weight to Carry
Legolas, Fearless Marksman
Aragorn, Strider
Pippin, Wearer of Black and Silver
Companions:
Eowyn, Lady of Ithilien x2
Allies:
Leowyn x2
Possesions:
Aragorn’s Bow, Ranger’s Longbow x2
Spear of the Mark
Rohirrim Mount
Legolas’ Bow
Sting, Bane of the Eight Legs
Events:
Nine Fingered Frodo and the Ring of Doom x4
No Travellers in this Land x4
Nocked x4
For the Mark x2
Conditions:
Shadowplay x4
Home and Hearth x2
The Tale of the Great Ring

Strategy:

Wound the opposing minions to death basically. Use Shadowplay to exhaust minions then use nocked and no travellers in this land to kill them off. Use aragorn’s bow to wound them up, then use nine fingered frodo and the ring of doom to reload the threats.

Home and hearth helps me beat corrption over the head.

Dropped Hardy Garrison as it needs 2 gondor men.

for the mark kills possesions like pavise.

Eowyn finishes off anything that survives.

The advantage of this deck is that it can cycle really well, as most of the cards are played straight out of hand, and if you’re getting clogged then legolas and leowtn can burn your hand nicely.

Tale of the great ring is just in there to ensure frodo doesn’t die at site 9.

if you could find room I would definitely suggest Unheeded. that is the greatest combo with shadowplay.

I could play a couple instead of some of the other wounding cards, but I prefer to keep Pippin’s health for the Shadowplay’s and maybe a NFFATRD.

I might add in a couple for a couple of the no traveller’s in this land, to provide corsair marauder protection.

Well there is also the issue that I don’t currently own any unheeded...

Why would I add legolas, of the woodland realm in?

His hunter strength boost is kind of irrelevant, and he can do less wounds than legolas, fearless marksman. He can’t cycle aswell, and also if I’m playing hunters, well they get screwed up by no travellers in this land.

Well for one thing He is for bill decks. And with the other legolas you Have to discard 4 cards from hand if you want to wound a minion

How does he help against Bill Ferny? They don’t use hunters do they?

and shadowplay nukes Bill anyway.

Legolas’ cycling helps if I get clogged, and even if I don’t want to use it I can still do the normal archery with him.

I think he was thinking of Legolas, Woodland Emissary, who exerts instead of wounding.

Oh right. Well he wouldn’t help either, as I need to spot another elf to use his text.
