This is just a foul card if you ask me.  It wants to play with the Three Hunters, but just can’t do much of use in that deck. Maybe a purely Elven build with hunter companions (like the new Elven Guardian), a few token-based conditions, and Arwen, She-Elf? That might be a decent use for this card’s second option.
The first option is bad no matter what... If I’m about to double-move, I certainly don’t want three more twilight in the pool. And why play a card that might help me draw good events, when I can just play more good events in the first place? |

| Works well with elven hunters, tokens, and still needed. Not sure if its good enough to build a deck like that around, though... |

Not so great IMHO. Still, it has potential, and if RoS has better  hunter cards then this card could become usable. |
