Well, this card’s just annoying to try and analyze. At first glance, I’ll just say that you’ve got about a 50/50 chance of either drawing three cards or discarding three cards off the top of your deck. Your opponent is the one to name Free Peoples or Shadow, which could put a small dent in those odds. Meanwhile, you’ve burned a card, added a twilight token, and exerted your Wizard.
If you don’t mind moving cards straight from your deck to your discard pile (Goblin Hordes in the Shadow, perhaps?) this could be worth a try, but otherwise it seems sort of pointless. |

If only it wasn’t the shadow player that chose... Elven/Gandalf Telepathy would definately have gained a new card! |

I hate it, one the title is messed up, 2 it just isn’t worth it. I found one use for it, Sweet picture to have in your binder! |

I agree 100% with SOP it’s one of those cards that a newb would put in his deck. It’s not worth all you have to pay to just get a chance at getting 3 more cards.
Also as SOP said the title is quite absurd.. while it is scintillating, it’s clearly a dragon; not a bird... |
Tolkien was brilliant!
Three LOTR Movies should have been made per book... Making a total of nine.. |

Combo here! Gandalf, Bearer of Obligation. Good burn card!
Otherwise, useless.
Well...okay. Gandalf, the white wizard with a deck cycler + strength of spirit = 2 twilight towards Gandalf’s 3 neccessary to trigger, and a potential three cards in your hand.
Or I could sneak it into my friend’s Gandalf deck and use The Irresistable shadow. |

Add the popcorn smiley to your sig, help it achieve world domination.
What if the hokey pokey really IS what its all about?
As I lay in bed staring at the stars last night, I thought to myself, "where the heck is the ceiling?"
Spotlight on....Sense of Obligation. |

...except that the 2 twilight would be added during the Fellowship phase, and could be easily used by the Shadow player.
I really can’t find any good use for this card. Too bad it’s a rare! |
