This is an impromptu deck based on better Uruk Swarms but with no new Uruks and only with cards I found lying around. The free peoples’ need a little work too.

A Wizard is Never Late

It’s Large. I use basic Gandalf powers to influence the entire fellowship, Mithrandir, Mithrandir keeps pesky little minions from attacking Frodo. I use Sam to remove burdens. And I use possessions to eat up minions.

There are only 2 "loops" this deck could go under.
Extended, which it is x-listed in, and standard, which it has rotated out of. |

The word you may be refering to is "format" not loop. Standard and "Expanded" are formats. Not loops. And teh "loop" I was refering to is the Hobbit Ally Loop, I will look for an alternative, but imo this is teh best I could work with when I made the dck. |
