This is a variation on a deck I usedto play in tower block, that can be surprisingly powerful. It shoots minions down, then overwhelms them with their wounds.
the Splendor of their banners and double shot should see most enemies go down in archery, eowyn can do large amounts of wounds in skirmish and with all the wounded minions Arwen, queen of elves and men is a beast.
With a sword of the fallen equipped, every minion skirmishing a lorien swordsman is -3 for each wound on them (or -5 if you use a feathered) which should be enough to take on most minions.
use your blades drawn on the sites you think will be most difficult.

| totally sweet deck. in multiplayer you could have troubles, as only half of the minions would get archery(1 players) but you would get to choose which player would take it. I just thought of an interesting combo. you put ina javelin, some charged healong, and sword rack. you discard the javelin, but don’t stack it. then you play eowyn’s sword, hopefully killing the minion, then in the next skirmish you play charged headlong replaying the javelin for later use and getting rid of the sword also for later use. only problem is it would take a lot of cards. I would toss in sword rack and a riddermark javelin, either way. |
