Bearer must be an Ent.
While skirmishing an Uruk-hai or an Orc, bearer is damage +1.

Each time an Ent wins a skirmish by strength 4 or more, add a token here.
Response: If your Ent is about to take a wound, remove 2 tokens from here to prevent that wound.

Nice, but a kinda small strength boost. Try Ent Moot.

Hm...interesting. I like it. A well played Anduin Banks can knock out the ents, but you can now use a natural ent strength (strength) to solve a natural ent problem (wounding).

Now ents are becoming broken. Healing is not a strong part for the ents, but now with healing, why not use them?
