White Hand Scout combines the new-style Uruk Hunters with the old-style Trackers, which had text making it easier to play roaming minions. I’d say this new card is a pretty good execution of that idea. The Scout is basically 7 strength, damage +1, which is reasonable for only two twilight, and if you can get something out of this minion’s roaming penalty reduction he’s even better. Uruk-hai Hunters just got even more dangerous at the first few sites!
At first glance I thought the lore said "You’ve no guts outside your own sites," which would work too. |

The roaming penalty thing alone merits a 4. Uruks are going to be running all over the place now. |
Best regards, Dáin, Vice Aftokrator of the Chosen Ones
Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

oh no, A_E is back with his 2-word or less posts! Burn him at the stake!
anyway, sweet card, finally a minion who can be OK but doesn’t cost a boatload of twilight! even if he cost 3, he could still be worth it IMO. |

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. |

Lol, I thought the the lore was "You’ve no guts outside your own sites." and was going to see if i could find it in the book!
Nice to see hunter and damage +1 on the same Uruk. I’ve always been frusturated by the fact that minions are roaming until site 5. This guy helps with that! And he’s got a really low cost for his abilities, makes White Hand Butcher look really bad! |
