Ok, i know that solo gandalf is a pretty impossible thing to pull off, but as i got thinking harder, i began to think of some weird ways to remove burdens. so here are my two ideas.

my first idea is to control the site path with speak friend and enter, and traveled leader. play tom bombadil, the master to remove two burdens, then play anduin confluence to discard bombadil. use traveled leader to get anduin confluence back into your adventure deck and repeat. since you controll the site path play a lot of dwelling sites to increase the effectiveness of ease the burden. this has the potential to remove sixteen burdens. or more if using burden removing sites mixed in with the others.

the other idea i had was to play a host of hobbit allies, and gandalf’s pipe along with bilbo’s pipe and the gaffer’s pipe on hobbit allies. discard pipeweed possessions to remove burdens. your hobbit allies could include Bilbo Baggins, Retired Adventurer to return pipeweeds into your drawdeck, Melilot Brandybuck, Merry Dancer because she can prevent a burden, Old Noakes, Purveyor of Wisdoms to defend against sauron discarding decks, or any other hobbit allies.

i’m not completely sure these ideas will work, what do you think?

I like the second idea more, but both could cost a LOT of twilight.

I think that the Gaffer’s Pipe and Gandalf’s Pipe would be good, mind if I incorporate that into my article? ’Cause you can either pull off burdens or remove twilight.

Also, Imladris would be good for a couple sites. At Site 3, Site 6, remove those two burdens again.

yeah, that and the other burden removing site. you could do some cool stuff with a sitepath control/pipeweed solo gandalf. that seems to be the best way to go.

NBarden, can i sell you the idea? say 3gp? just kidding, you can use it in your article.
