yes, aiglos’ ability includes itself. in the immortal words of our very own bib,
all cards do what they say.
as for a list of  artifacts, just go to the advanced search and select the elven culture, and artifacts as the card type. |

just looked up Elf Artifacts trying to find the spelling of Aiglos lol, and I didnt know if it included itself.
so basically, Aiglos give Gil-galad strength +1 and vitality +1 at least, with the three elf rings it gives strength +4 and Vitality +1  must get elf rings!!! or at least the ring of fire, i have the others... |

| there are several artifacts that deal with cycling, nenya, Gift of the Evenstar, Blessed Light, and The Mirror of Galadriel, Dangerous Guide. that would make it quite easy to get a realy strong gil-galad, with fairly good cycling. that might make a good deck. |

| yeah there are 7 elven artifacts, (you could have fiugured that out yourself is you had used advanced search. Most of them are cheap, excepting aiglos so the main part of the deck wouldn’t cost much.. |
