In the vein of AP’s most broken card thread, I thought we should discuss the most useless rares ever. I have a few.
 - Beauty is Fading,  and an exertion to discard a possesion or condition!? Who has by the Maneuver phase except  ?
- Men of Harad, absolute garbage, I dont think anyone ever has or will use this card.
 - Parry,  for at the most a -3... no way! Savagery to match their numbers please! |

I agree on Men of Harad. As for Parry, consider that at that time there weren’t that many strength modifuying cards... 
Beauty is fading is extremely hard to use, but i have seen it grant a site 2 victory. It was pretty hard, but it did happen.
Held is a by far more than useless card. There is also an Isengard condition that cancels the skirmish of Uruk-hai...  (i know their fierce strategy, it still seems useless...) |

Hehehehehee, death they cried, what you remind me!
We had 4 copies of it in our album and the rohan part was full. Then after a trade, we got 4 other Rohan cards. In an act of despair, my friend tore all copies of death we cried and put the other cards in!  |

Men of Harad is actually a neat card. I want to make a deck around it sometime.
Beauty is Fading is a cool card since it can drop a companion. That can kill if you drop a starting companion.

Removing just doesn’t seem worth drawing a card. It could come in handy in grabbing Red Wrath, but you could just as easily draw a FP card.  |

Weight of a Legacy, in my opinion is the worst rare of all time.
On Gameplayersnetwork, they used to hand out the Weight of a Legacy award each set, for the worst rare in it. Good times...

| The Weight of a Legacy is worse. that card can be very effective against archery decks. especially when it is on a high vitality minion. but The Weight of a Legacy forces you to exert a minion, it must be played on Aragorn, and it highest effect is strength -4. it is worthless when playing against a deck that doesn’t have aragorn, and is pretty much worthless when it is. |
